The warnings and precautions discussed in this manual cannot cover all possible conditions and
situations that may occur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution
are factors which cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
Setup Precautions
1. Gasoline fuel and fumes are flammable, and
potentially explosive. Use proper fuel storage
and handling procedures. Do not store fuel
or other flammable materials nearby.
2. Fire and explosion hazard. Never use a
gas container, LPG/propane connector
hose, LPG/propane tank or any other fuel
item that appears to be damaged.
3. Fire and explosion hazard. Only use approved
LPG/propane tanks with an Overfilling Prevention
Device (OPD) valve. Keep the tank in a vertical
position with the valve on top and placed at
ground level on a flat surface. Do not allow tanks
to be near any heat source. When transporting
and storing, turn the propane tank valve to the
fully closed position and disconnect the tank.
Make sure to always cover the generator inlet
and tank outlet with protective plastic caps.
