Safety point for maintenance, inspection and installation workers
The owner is responsible to ensure that all maintenance, qualified personnel carry out inspection
and installation work, that they have studied the installation and operating instructions.
Immediately after finishing all safety measures must be put into place and activated.
For re-starting the section of start-up should be followed. Owner carries out changes of
production or spare parts. Alternatives to the equipment are not allowed. Original spare parts and
accessories must be obtained from the authorized manufacturer. The use of other parts
invalidates all guarantees.
Unauthorised working operations
The operational safety of the delivered product is only to be used for the described
purpose. The specifications given in the data sheets must not be exceeded.
Transport, storage in transit
The equipment must not be lifted by the float or electrical connection during transit or delivery.
During transit it is important that the equipment is not knocked or dropped.The equipment is to be
stored in a dry frost free area, protected from direct sunlight until installation.
Starting-up/Installation safety
The electrical connection should follow local electrical regulations
When using an extension cable please ensure that the quality is of the standard of
the delivered cable.
· Ensure that the connections are not damp
· Caution before installing, or removing pipes, or any other work on the equipment,
please ensure that the system is unplugged.
Test before assembly
Check that the unit described on the name plate is suitable for the electrical mains.
Ensure all safety procedures have been complied with.
Electrical connection
Follow all safety procedures for you electrical connections, it is enough to plug into the
socket.
Service and maintenance – General points
Unplug before every service/maintenance. A qualified person must do cable extensions and
opening of the system. Opening the system cancels any guarantees or performance given by the
manufacturer. The re-assembly should always be done by qualified personnel.
Recycling/Disposal
The packaging is to be disposed of. The system can be sent back to the manufacturer at owner’s
expense.

The equipment complies with EN 292-1; EN 292-2; EN 55014-1; EN 55014-2; EN 6024-1;
DIN 1988 Part 4; DIN EN 1717
