OPERATION WITH LP GAS
Operation of the refrigerator on liquefied petroleum gas is prohibited in vehicles and on boats. This unit cannot be operated on
LP gas whilst moving.Operation using liquefied petroleum gas is prohibited in closed areas.
This appliance must be in the open air when operating with liquefied petroleum gas.
Operation in the open air means that the appliance can also be installed under the canopy of a tent, sufficiently ventilated. Do
not use another source of energy at the same time (mains, battery).
The 1/4” RH BSP connection is located on rear of appliance, it is located 570mm from top and 80mm from the left hand side
of appliance.
CONNECTION TO LP GAS
• This appliance is for use with 'Propane Gas Only'
• This appliance must be used with an AGA approved LP Gas hose and 2.75 KPA regulator
• Do not remove regulator or connect to high-pressure canister or use adaptors
• When changing gas cylinders ensure that it is undertaken in a well ventilated area, preferably outside and away from
sources of ignition such as naked flames, pilot flames, electrical & heating equipment and people
• To check if cylinder has sufficient gas ensure that the appliance is not connected to the cylinder, pick up cylinder by
the built in handles and shake from side to side. If there is movement or the sounds of liquid moving inside the cylinder
then it will contain gas.
The adjusting device can be set to 3 different positions:
The safety pilot automatically maintains the gas supply to the burner, as long as it remains lit. It automatically shuts off the
supply if the flame goes out.
GAS VALVE ASSEMBLY
This assembly consists of an adjusting device with an incorporated safety pilot, a burner with an electric igniter.
WARNING
• Use only AGA approved gas hoses and regulators.
• DO NOT use the appliance in a closed room or in a vehicle when running on gas.
• DO NOT store chemicals, flammable, explosive or aerosol products inside or near an operating appliance.
• Always operate the product on a dry, level surface in a well ventilated area. Always use this product well away from walls
and curtains. A fire may occur when this product is in operation, if it is covered or is close to flammable materials, such as
curtains, drapes, wall coverings, or other combustible materials.
• Keep ventilation openings of the appliance clear of obstructions. DO NOT cover top ventilation openings. Clearance between
rear of the appliance must be a minimum of 10cm, and side of the appliance must be at least 5cm.
• Position the gas cylinder so that the hose is not kinked or stretched.
