Function Indicator Illuminates to show which mode or information is currently being displayed.
Manual Mode Training
The TRX1 Elite has a “manual” mode of operation, which gives you the freedom to adjust the treadmill
operation as desired at any time. In this mode, once started, the treadmill runs until you stop it
1. Turn on the
2. Press Start. The treadmill counts down 3 seconds, then the belt starts running at the slowest speed
3. Adjust speed using + and – as
4. When finished, press Stop
Program Mode Training
The TRX1 Elite has 8 automatic training programs, “P1” to “P8”. Each program has a standard duration of 10 minutes (you can change this from 5 to 30
minutes ) and applies differing speeds up to 20 times per program (for example, if the duration is 20 minutes, the speed changes every 1 minute). To access
the programs:
1. Turn on the treadmill, press Mode and when “_._._.” is flashing on the display, press + to select program 1 (“P1” displays). To select other programs,
keep pressing + as required.
Optionally, to set program duration, press Mode, then use +/– to set the duration in minutes.
2. Press Start. The treadmill counts down 3 seconds, then the belt starts
3. When the treadmill changes speed, a beep sounds 3 times before the
4. When completing the program, a beep sounds 3 times before the treadmill
