Installing and Checking Batteries
II the ballery level is low or the batteries arc inserted improperly. the meter on your camcra will give improper
rendings or lail to operale.
To install the batteries, use a coin or similar objcct lo lurn ihe Ballery Compartment Cover (24)
counlerclockwise and rernovc il. Insert Hvo I.5V LR44 balleries into ihe ballcry holder wilh Ihe plus (+) side
facing up. Inserl Ihe Ballcry Compartment Cover back into ihe camera and rolale il clockwise.
To check the hattery level, sel Ihe shulter speed dial in any position. Press the Slumer Releasc Bulion (3)
aboul one third of Ihe way down. If any ot Ihe LED’s in'the viewfinder lighi. Ihe balteries are in good
condition.
Hclpful Tips:

2) Il ihe LED does not tum on after inslalling new battenes. hc sure lo check that the hattenes have been insened correclly.
