Follow the steps below for rst time member set up in Windows:
1. If you are using Windows, click the Continue with Windows Device button to proceed with the
rst time setup.
2. To access the VTrak, you rst need to get permission from the administrator. Click on the Ask
For Access Now button. A request is sent immediately to the administrator to accept or deny the
request. Presumably the administrator will be running VTrak and will respond quickly.
While you await a reply, the menu presents the locked icon. If you need to cancel the request,
click on the Cancel Request button.
When access is granted, the Folders menu appears.
