How to fix intermittent control response in Protocol Drones?

What to do if my Protocol Kaptur Drone does not respond?
If your Protocol Kaptur Drone is unresponsive, it may be due to these reasons: the communication between the controller and the aircraft was not synchronized during setup, or the battery power is depleted on either the aircraft or the controller, or both. To resolve this, first turn on the aircraft and place it on level ground, then turn on the controller to synchronize them. Additionally, ensure that both the aircraft and the controller are adequately charged, replacing batteries in the controller if needed.
