Following constraints apply for Radius Profile configuration:
1. Message Response Time should always be less than WORP Registration Timeout parameter value.
2. If Max Retransmissions is configured as Zero, retransmissions do not occur.
3. The value of Max Retransmissions multiplied by Message Response Time should be less than WORP
Registration Timeout value.
4. Max Retransmission Valid Range is 0 to 3.
5. Message Response Time Valid Range is 3 to 9.
NOTE: RADIUS authentication configuration is applicable only for BSU.
4.5.3 Configuring the MAC ACL (BSU Only)
You can control the access to the network using MAC Access Control List (ACL). MAC ACL is available only on BSU. MAC
Authentication is supported on the wireless interface only (not supported for the devices on the Ethernet side) and only SU
wireless MAC addresses should be added to the list. The MAC ACL is referred to only when it is enabled on the WORP
Characteristics page.
To configure the MAC ACL
1. Click ADVANCED CONFIGURATION > Security > MAC ACL. The MAC Access Control screen is displayed as shown
below.

2. Select the Operation Type as either Allow or Deny.
Shared Secret Specifies the password shared by the RADIUS server and the
MP-8100 device. The default password is public.
Entry Status Select Enable/Disable to enable or disable the RADIUS server
status.
