5| Assembly instructions
Assembly steps:
1. Pre drill the holes with the 6 mm drill bit. Tip: Die drill hole should be as deep as the
length of the dowels plus 1 cm.
2. Aerwards, use the 14 mm drillbit and drill the holes to nal diameter.
3. Clean out the holes with a vacuum cleaner and then insert the dowels.
4. Place the pull-up bar on the wall. First screw the supplied hexagon screws hand-ght.
5. Tighten the hexagon screws again properly with a 13 mm wrench.
6. Aenon! Be sure to check all screws before you start with your rst training.
