6| Warranty and return policy
The warranty period is ve years and begins on the date of the invoice. Please keep the
invoice as proof of purchase and thus the warranty claim. The following warranty condi-
ons apply:
The manufacturer guarantees free-of-charge repair of defects that are due to material or
manufacturing faults. If a defect is discovered, the purchaser is obliged to report it imme-
diately to the manufacturer. Damage resulng from improper handling, assembly, non-
observance of the operang instrucons, use of force or normal wear and tear are not
covered by this warranty.
Irrespecve of this, the guarantee and any warranty shall become null and void if:
䕲 the product is modied without authorisaon.
䕲 the specied maximum load limit is exceeded.
䕲 the product is not used for its intended purpose.
䕲 the product is installed improperly.
The manufacturer is not liable for causal or consequenal damages of any kind unless such
limitaon of liability is expressly prohibited by law. It is at the discreon of the manufac-
turer to full the warranty by repair or replacement. There shall be no further claims. In
the event of unauthorised return under guarantee, the manufacturer reserves the right to
return the goods freight collect.

In order to adequately protect the goods in the event of repair or return, we request that
you keep the original packaging for the duraon of the warranty period, if possible. In any
case, please contact our service team in advance. Any repairs aer the expiry of the war-
ranty period, including shipping, are subject to a charge.
Your statutory rights are not restricted by this guarantee.
