  If the Pulsar Inverter engine won't start, shuts down, or runs rough, try these steps: * Ensure the ON/OFF switch is set to “ON”. * Replace the air filter if it's dirty. * Clean or replace the fuel filter if it's clogged. * Replace stale fuel. * Reconnect the spark plug wire. * Replace the spark plug if it's bad. * Drain and replace fuel if there's water in it. * Ensure the fuel valve is in the “ON” position. * Turn off the choke if over choking. * Fill the crankcase to the proper oil level and place the generator on a level surface if the oil level is low. * If the engine has flooded, wait 5 minutes and recrank it.
