5. Place the press plate into the piston. Engage the guide fork with the
guide rail inside the center post.
6. Place the juice tray onto the press plate, being sure to engage the
press plate into the recess on the juice tray.
7. Make sure the valve handle is rotated counterclockwise to the
press-down position. Caution: Always make sure the handle is left
in the press-down position.
