MACHINE FEATURES
The PURE Juicer is a true two-stage juicer. All of the PURE food
contact parts are stainless steel. On the left side is a grinder/
triturator and on the right is a hydraulic press. Many companies
claim to make cold-press or two-stage juicers but have two screen
sizes or progressively smaller screens, which is not the same. A true
two-stage juicer has a grinder and a separate press - period.
THE PURE GRINDER/TRITURATOR
The system is composed of the following: feed tube, hardened
cutter, grids and grid tray. This combination of elements grinds the
mash finer while at the same time keeping it cooler to produce the
best juice in the world.
FEED TUBE
The PURE feed tube is unique in several ways: first and foremost the
user experience is revolutionary in its absolute simplicity. The feed
tube is extremely simple to install and remove. PURE has designed
a unique twist lock mount. It is so easy to use, it can be put on
with one hand. To release the feed tube, press the lock tab & twist
counterclockwise.
PUSHER
When we redesigned this simple and overlooked part, we made a
huge discovery. We’d designed the shaped end of the pusher to
eliminate a left-over chunk of produce by the cutter. This reshaping
also reduced the amount of pressure needed to push the produce,
and lowered both the heat of the mash and the operating temperature
of the juicer. It turns out the left-over chunk added a lot of friction
and heat. This heat was transferred to the mash and also back into
the motor.
