SCHEDULE:
WEEKLY
We recommend the following for cleaning and maintaining
your PURE Juicer. We use one or all of the following:
Lemon juice, as an organic stainless steel cleaner
Alconox® (low residue laboratory stainless & glass cleaner) in a
spray bottle mixed to 1%, as a stainless steel cleaner
Zep® stainless steel cleaner (removes tough stains)
Cleaning brushes, for the feed tube and juice tray gutters
Blue paper shop towels, for general wipe down
Micro-fiber towel, for general wipe down
Always wipe with the grain of the stainless steel, never with a circular
motion, and only with a Stainless Steel-safe pad
• Remove and wash the press plate.
• To prevent tannin build-up, soak
the food contact parts: food pusher,
feed tube, cutter, grid tray,
grids and juice tray overnight in a
3-6% hydrogen peroxide solution,
then rinse in cold water and let dry.
• Rinse thoroughly so there is no soap
residue
