PURE PRESS
CLOTH
Transfer 250 - 400ml / 1.0 - 1.5 cups
of mash onto a PURE press cloth.
Prepare 2-3 juice packs.
Place on the juice tray and begin pressing.
Continue making juice packs.
Monitor press until pressing is complete.
Pressing is done when the juice starts to
drip instead of flowing in a stream.
Note : The press remains at full pressure until
all the juice has been extracted. Note 2: If
diculty is experienced lowering the press,
momentarily switch the machine o, rotate
the press handle to the press-down position
and restart the machine.
