SUGGESTED MAINTENANCE PLAN FOR ATMOSPHERIC
SENSORS
The only regular operation that can be built into a planned maintenance is to clean the
lenses but if the manual test programme is initiate on the Monitor on a say weekly
basis. The indication “dd” on any channel will mean that you have 20% of dirt on the
lenses so it’s a good idea to clean the lenses as soon as it feasible. The system however
can compensate for up to 40% of contamination.
