If you need to get in touch with the QPS Technical Support Department, please have the fol-
lowing information on hand when you call:
• Your name, address, and phone number (so we can register you)
or your customer ID if you have called before.
• Your operating system: Windows 95, NT, or Mac OS.
• Your CPU.
• How much RAM is available on your system?
• Which QPS product you have, and the serial number?
