THIS LIMITED WARRANTY BY QSC AUDIO PRODUCTS, LLC ("QSC") GIVES THE PURCHASING CUSTOMER (''YOU" OR "CUSTOMER")
SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY DEPENDING UPON YOUR STATE, TERRITORY, PROVINCE,
OR COUNTRY. OTHER THAN AS PERMITTED BY LAW, QSC DOES NOT EXCLUDE, LIMIT OR SUSPEND OTHER RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE,
INCLUDING THOSE THAT MAY ARISE FROM THE NONCONFORMITY OF A SALES CONTRACT. FOR A FULL UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR
RIGHTS YOU SHOULD CONSULT THE LAWS OF YOUR STATE, TERRITORY, PROVINCE, OR COUNTRY.
QSC warrants the QSC-manufactured hardware, products, and accessories contained in the or iginal packaging ("QSC Product") against defects in
materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with QSC's published guidelines for a period ('Warranty Period") The Warranty
Period is the greater of (i) three (3) years from the date of purchase, or (ii) the minimum period required under the local laws where t he QSC Product
is purchased. QSC's published guidelines include but are not limited to, information contained in technical specifications, user manuals , and service
communications. QSC is not responsible for any damage or injury arising from failure to follow instructions relat i ng to the proper use of any QSC
Product . For accessories or non-serializ ed products without date-cod es, the warranty perio d is ninety (90) days. Notwithstanding the foregoing,
the Warranty Period for QSC Touch Mix is the greater of (i) one (1) year from the date of purchase, or (ii) the minimum period
required under the local laws where QSC TouchMix is purchased.

Warranty Exclusions . This limited warranty does not apply to any non-QSC branded hardware products or any software, even if packaged or
sold with QSC Products(s). Manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers other than QSC may provide their own warranties to you, but QSC in so f ar as
permitted by law, provides the associated s oftware includ ed with their QSC Product s on an " AS IS" b as i s. Software di s tribut ed by QSC , w ith or without
the Q SC trademark is not covered by this limited warranty. Please refer to the licen s ing agreement accompanying the software for deta ils of your
rights with r es pe ct to it s us e.
This limited warranty does not apply: (a) to con s umable parts, such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or
workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic on ports ; (c) to damage caused by use with
another product; (d) to damage caused by accident , abuse, misuse, flooding, immersion or spillage of fluids, fire , eart h quake, acts of God, or other
e xt e rnal ca u ses ; (e) to damag e ca u se d by op era ting th e QSC Product o ut s ide QSC's published g uideline s; (f) to damage caused by ser vice (incl uding
upgrad es and ex pansions) pe rform ed by anyone who is not an authorized re pr ese ntativ e of QSC; (g) to a QSC Product th at h as be en modif ie d to a lt er
functionality or ca pability without the written permission of QSC; (h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise du e to th e normal agin g
of the QSC Product, (i) to products pur c ha se d from an unauthorized de aler or online vendor , or G) if any serial nu mb er has been removed , altered or
defaced from the QSC Product.
The duration of any implied warranties , includ i ng the implied warranty of merchantability, is l imited to the duration of the express warranties herein .
QSC hereby excludes incidental and consequential damages, including los s of time, inconv e ni e nce, or los s of u se of the apparatus, for any br eac h of
express or impli ed warranty app li cab le to QSC Products . Fa ilure to follow the sa fety instru c tions and/or maintena n ce and repair recommen da tion s
contained in th e U se r Ma nual void s all exp re ss and/or impli ed warranties applicable to QSC Product s.
Proper care and maintenance can add y ea rs to the life of QSC hardware. Improper care and maintenance m ay vo id manufacturer warranti es stated
herein and cause permanent damage to the hardware. For any discontinued QSC Product s, s ervice is subject to parts availability.
Advanced technology , s uch as the use of modern materials and powerful ele ctronics, requir es sp ec ially adapted ma intenance and repair methods.
To avoid a dang er of s ub se quent dam age to Q SC Produ ct s, injuries to persons a nd/or the cr ea tion of a dditional safety ha za rd s, all ma inten an ce or
re pair work to QSC Products s hould be perform ed only by a QSC authori ze d se rvic e s tation or an a uthori ze d QSC In te rnational Di s tributor. QSC is
not r_ esponsible for any injury, ha rm or rel a ted dama ges a ri s in g from any failure of the c ustomer, owner or us er of the QSC Products to facilitate tho se
repairs.
Repair or Replacement . Q SC will, at it s option, repla ce or repair defective products when t he defect occurs under normal install a tion and use,
provided that the defective QSC Product is re turn ed to the original point of pur c hase, a QSC f acto ry , one of Q SC's authorized s ervice s tation s or an
au
thorized QSC Internation al Distributor via pre-paid tran s portation wi th a co py of proof of purchase (e.g., a sales re ce ipt). This limit ed warranty
provides th at the exa mination of the re turn ed QSC Product mu st indic at e, in QSC's judgm ent a def ect in materi als or workman s hip . When providing
repair or replacem e nt se rvic e, QSC will u se rea so nable effo rt s to r ei nsta ll th e pr od uct' s original so ftware configuration a nd s ub seq uent upd at e
releases, but will not provide any recovery or tr ans fer of so ftware or da ta contained on the se rviced QSC Product unit not o riginally includ ed in the
QS C Product. If QSC is unable to repair or repla ce th e product, it will re fund th e l es ser of ei th er th e current valu e of the produ ct at the t ime the
warranty claim is ma de or th e purcha se pric e.
