LAW, QSC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM

OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES HOWEVER CAUSED, INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT
AND PROPERTY, ANY COSTS OF RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED
WITH THE QSC PRODUCT OR ANY FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION STORED IN THE QSC PRODUCT.
THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS SHALL NOT APPLY TO DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS, OR ANY STATUTORY LIABILITY FOR
INTENTIONAL AND GROSS NEGLIGENT ACTS AND OR OMISSIONS.
Export Control. You may not use or otherwi se export or re -export the QSC Products and associated so ftware except as authorized by Unit ed States
law and the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which the QSC Products and associated software were obtained. In particular, but without limi t atio n, the
QSC Products and associated software may not be exported or re-exported (a) into any U. S. embargoed countries or (b) to anyone on the U.S.
Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals or the U. S. Department of Commerce Denied Person 's List or Entity List. By us i ng the
QSC Products and associated software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list. You also agree
that you will not use the QSC Products and associated software fo r any purposes prohibited by United States law , including, without limitat i on, the
dev e lopm e nt, de s ign, manufactur e or production of mi ss il es, nuclear, chemical or biolog i cal weapon s.
Government End Users. The QSC Products and associated s oftware and relat ed documentation are " Co mmercial Items", as that term is defined at
48 C.F.R. §2.101, consisting of "Commercial Computer Software" and "Commercial Computer Software Documentation", as such terms are used in 48
C.F.R. § 12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202, as applicable. Consistent with 48 CF.R. § 12.212 or 48 C.F.R. §227.7202-1 through 227.7202-4, as applicable, the
Commercial Computer Software and Commercial Computer Software Documentation are being licensed to any U.S. Government end users (a) only
as Commercial Items and (b) with only those rights as are granted to all other end user s pur s uant to the term s and conditions herein. Unpublished-
right s are reserved under the copyright laws of the United States of America.

Warning To Valued Consumers . Thi s limited warranty on QSC Products shall be VOID if the QSC Products(s) have been purchased from an
unauthorized dealer I online vendor, or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced, or replaced in any way. Recently , QSC
became aware of se veral instances in which se rial number tampering has occurred .
Unauthorized dealers I online ve ndors and/or their s upplier s frequently alter the original serial numbers in an effort to prevent manufacturers from
tracing the s upplier source. QSC se lls QSC Products throu gh authorized retail and online channel s to ensure that con s umer s obtain qu a lity after-the-
sa le s upport and service. Prot ect your limited warranty by purchasing QSC Products from an authorized QSC dealer or ve ndor. Check the unit and its
packaging to determine whether the factory serial number may have been altered. If in doubt, contact QSC a t+ 1 (800) 85 4-4079.
Buy Authorized . We reco mme nd that you mak e your pur c ha se of a new QSC Product from an AUTHORIZED DEALER. QSC Authorized Dealers are
under agreement with QSC to provide a clearly defined high lev el of service , support (before and after the sale) , and product availability. QSC stands
by its authorized dealer network in s upport of their efforts to provide you, the cu s tomer with the be st po ss ible pur ch ase and owner s hip experience.
S hould you choose to purchase your new QSC Product from a non-authorized dealer, QSC may not be able to assist you s hould there be i ss u es
