The machine's messages will be displayed in a different format depending on the type of message. We can differentiate
between 3 types of messages.
ALARM MESSAGES
Relating to the operation of a component within the machine.
WARNING MESSAGES
Indicating the need for perform a procedure, which has previously been programmed such as cleaning, regeneration, etc.
FUNCTION MESSAGES
Indicating that the machine is performing a specific function or is carrying out one of the machine's specific functions.
E01-FLOWMETER ERROR 1 Contact Technical Service. This message is also indicated by
pushbutton panel 1 flashing.
E02-FLOWMETER ERROR 2 Contact Technical Service. This message is also indicated by
pushbutton panel 2 flashing.
E02-FLOWMETER ERROR 3 Contact Technical Service. This message is also indicated by
pushbutton panel 3 flashing.
E02-FLOWMETER ERROR 4 Contact Technical Service. This message is also indicated by
pushbutton panel 1 flashing
E05-CONTINUOUS TIMEOUT 1 This alarm appears when coffee is made on group 1 continuously for over 5
minutes.
E06-CONTINUOUS TIMEOUT 2 This alarm appears when coffee is made on group 2 continuously for over 5
minutes.
E07-CONTINUOUS TIMEOUT 3 This alarm appears when coffee is made on group 3 continuously
for over 5 minutes.
E08-CONTINUOUS TIMEOUT 4 This alarm appears when making coffee with the group 4 continuously
for over 5 minutes.
E09-SECURITY LEVEL - Close the water inlet tap and notify technical service. This alarm warns us
SWITCH OFF MAIN WATER TAP. that the water safety level in the boiler has been exceeded. Indicated by
all programmable coffee buttons flashing and the icon indicating the water level in
the boiler accompanied by an acoustic warning. After three consecutive warnings
from the hot water solenoid, this will open to avoid the water boiler from being
flooded. Coffee can only be made using the continuous coffee buttons.
E10-NO WATER REFILL – Turn the general switch and notify the technical service.
TURN GENERAL SWITCH OFF This alarm warns that the level probe is not detecting any water in the boiler.
Indicated by the flashing programmable coffee buttons and icon indicating the water
level in the water boiler. Coffee can only be made using the continuous coffee
buttons.
E11-OVERHEATING – Disconnect the general switch and notify the technical service.
CALL TECHNICAL SERVICE
W12-REGENERATE WATER SOFTENER Regenerate the softener or replace the filter with a new one and reset the Machine's
counter following the instructions in the Display's programming manual, refer to
page 37 - section 7.1.2
W13-CLEAN GROUPS Carry out the automatic group cleaning, refer to page 32 - Section 4.2
For programming cleaning after a certain number of coffees, (refer to Technical
personnel menu - Parameterisation 4/7)
W14-DOSE TOO LARGE GROUP 1 Dose programming in group 1 is too large, exceeding the maximum number of
Impulses.
W15- DOSE TOO LARGE GROUP 2 Dose programming in group 2 is too large, exceeding the maximum number of
