3. Ensure that VBAT is stable for at least 100 ms before pulling down the PWRKEY.
4. Pull PON_TRIG high before the module is turned on, and then drive PWRKEY low for 500–1000 ms
and release, otherwise, the main UART interface will be inaccessible.
