5. WARRANTY ACTIVATION
The guarantee from Quipplan is activated through the Serial Number which is found in every frame. It is engraved
in the lower part of the bottom bracket and it is composed of two codes: one is our Brand and model code, and
another one is the Serial Number (i.e.:QM14Q20 14070000):

The Serial Number is a unique and non-transferrable code. It is the number scheme that must be used to activate the
guarantee in an official dealer or at
www.quipplan-mobility.com. As the guarantee is activated, your q20 will be
automatically covered by the guarantee q20+ but, aldo, you will have access to more additional services such as:
Guarantee for your bicycle .
Components covered by a 2 years guarantee.
The register of the Serial Number is connected to the Serial Number of all its main components (battery, motor,
control unit, frame, etc.), its design level, its manufacturing process and all the quality parameters associated. This
allows our Technical Assitance Service to know your bicycle more detailed and, at the same time, they can respond
easier and faster in case there is any query.
Through this service, you could indentify yourself as a Quipplan user. Therefore, you will have a personalized
treatment.
If you want to, you will be able to turn a preferential client of Quiplan and you will receive special offers,
promotions, information about events and raffles.
