Step 1: Attach Mounting Hardware to Crossbar

Assemble Crossbar with Screws, Washers, and Nuts

Line up holes on Crossbar (A) with Fixture Body backplate. Thread Mounting Screws (B) into Crossbar, add Lock Washers (C) and Hex Nuts (D).

Step 2: Attach Crossbar to Outlet Box

Secure Crossbar to Outlet Box

Attach Crossbar (A) to Outlet Box using Outlet Box Screws (not supplied) into mounting holes. Tighten until snug.

Step 3: Make Wire Connections

Connect Fixture Wires to Supply Wires

Connect White to White, Black/Red to Black, and Ground to Ground using wire connectors. Wrap with tape.

Step 4: Attach Fixture Body to Mounting Screw

Mount Fixture Body

Place Fixture Body (F) backplate over Mounting Screws (B). Secure with Mounting Balls (E). Hand tighten.

Step 5: Install Bulb

Install Medium Base Bulb

Use a medium screw base bulb, maximum 150 watts. Insert and screw snugly into place.

Step 6: Apply Silicone Sealer to Mounting Balls

Seal Mounting Balls

Apply small amount of silicone sealer to threaded side of mounting balls (E) to prevent moisture. Install and wipe excess.

Step 7: Apply Silicone Sealer to Backplate

Caulk Fixture Backplate

Ensure surfaces are clean. Apply exterior grade caulk along contour where backplate meets wall, excluding the bottom for drainage.
