Notes:
1. Due to cable capacitance, mA and A+C kV readings taken from the rear panel BNC
connectors may be degraded from the readings taken from the equivalent connectors
on the High Voltage Unit by the following amounts:
o mA by ± (5 mV. + 1%)
o kV by ± (10 mV. + 1%)
2. mAs and exposure time are measured du ring the period that the trigger signal is
above the trigger threshold. Therefore, the waveshape of the trigger signal and the
value of the trigger threshold can profoundly affect these measurements.
3. The low mA (Fluoro range) is selectable at the Dynalyzer III HVU. With this range
selected, the normal scale factor (1 mA = 1 mV) is multiplied by 20 (1 mA = 20 mV).
4. Requires minimum 65 msec exposure for rated accuracy.
5. Use of the “Fluoro” mode is strongly recommended when working with mA values
under 20 mA.
