Dynalyzer – Digital Display/Printer OPERATION MANUAL
3
Construction
A louvered aluminum cover with a luggage type handle encloses a rugged, yet lightweight
aluminum chassis. Four 4-digit LED displays show all x-ray parameters in a clear logical
arrangement and are protected, along with the front panel controls, by an extension of the cover.
The rear panel contains a selectable line voltage cable receptacle, bulkhead receptacles for
connection to the Dynalyzer II or III High Voltage Unit and BNC connectors for an auxiliary
oscilloscope. Modular construction is used throughout.
The following specifications refer to the measurement accuracy of signals provided at the Digital
Display input and may add to or subtract from inaccuracies in the Dynalyzer H.V.U.
Errors, in absolute terms, would typically be less than 50% of the worst case values stated. Errors
(from one measurement to another) would typically be less than 25% of the worst case values
stated.
Interface Requirements:
Compatible with both Dynalyzer II and III High Voltage Unit.
