CALCulate:FMODel:ISD<Ph_pt>:COUPon:MEASure:SHORt
For a fixture modeling with the ISD tool and coupon type OPSHort1x (see
CALCulate:FMODel:ISD<Ph_pt>:COUPon:TYPE), this command starts the mea-
surement of the Short coupon at the active ports (see CALCulate:FMODel:
ISD<Ph_pt>:COUPon[:STATe]).

For a fixture modeling with the ISD tool and coupon type OPSHort1x (see
CALCulate:FMODel:ISD<Ph_pt>:COUPon:TYPE), this command loads the proper-
ties of the Short coupon from a Touchstone file.
