The scooter is on a flat, secure ground surface,
with the freewheel lever engaged to ‘Drive
Position (Fig.28).
Note: Lever lowest position to
engage ‘Drive’
Remove key from tiller-head and remove
charging lead (if connected) from power
socket
.

Loosen tiller-height adjustment knob and set
the tiller height is
to minimum, then secure knob
(Fig.29).
Fold the rear sat back down to the flat
position.
• Locate the fold-lever at the rear right-hand side
of the scooter (
Fig.30).
• Take hold of tiller-delta with one-hand, push
tiller
-
delta in a forward direction simultaneously
when retracting the
fold-lever with the other-

lock
mechanism. The scooter mechanism will then
disconnect the in
ternal fold-
lock device and then
partially un
-fold (Fig.32).
The support wheels will then
be in contact with the ground.
