Tutte le operazioni di manutenzione debbono essere effettuate in condizioni di sicurezza portando le pedane in
appoggio sugli arresti meccanici e l'interruttore bloccato sulla posizione OFF.
7.2 Cambio olio centralina.
Ogni 100 ore di lavoro.
Usare olio ESSO NUTO H32 od equivalenti.
Effettuare il cambio olio con pedane a terra.
Effettuare lo spurgo aria come indicato al paragrafo 4.9.
Ricontrollare il livello dopo 2-3 corse.
7.3 Pulizia elettrovalvole
In riferimento agli schemi impianto oleodinamico, pneumatico ed elettrico si evidenzia in Fig. 23 il posizionamento delle
elettrovalvole.

La pulizia delle elettrovalvole deve essere eseguita utilizzando benzina e aria compressa avendo cura di non creare danni alle
valvole durante lo smontaggio ed il rimontaggio.
7.4 Pulizia valvola regolatrice di portata
La valvola 5 è montata sul blocco all'interno del serbatoio centralina pertanto per accedervi è necessario lo smontaggio di
quest'ultimo. Pulire con benzina ed aria compressa controllando la scorrevolezza del cursore della valvola.

All maintenance operations must be carried out in safe conditions with the footboards resting on the mechanical stops
and the switch locked onto “OFF”.
7.2 Changing the oil in the central unit.
Every 100 working hours.
Use ESSO NUTO H32 oil or equivalent.
Change the oil with the footboards on the ground.
Bleed the air as described in section 4.9.
Check the level again after 2-3 runs.
7.3 Cleaning the solenoid valves
With reference to the hydraulic, compressed air systems and wiring diagrams, Fig. 23 shows the position of the solenoid valves.

The solenoid valves should be cleaned using petrol and compressed air, being careful not to damage the valves during dismantling
and reassembly.
7.4 Cleaning the capacity regulator valve
The valve 5 is fitted onto the block inside the central tank and so this should be dismantled if you need to access the valve. Clean
with petrol and compressed air, checking that the valve cursor slides freely.
