4.9 Spurgo aria
Durante il collegamento dei tubi potrebbe entrare un po' di aria e quindi, per ristabilire il corretto funzionamento, operare come
segue:
- abbassare totalmente il sollevatore, portando le pedane in appoggio a terra;
- rimuovere, svitando le viti 1 (Vedi Fig.15), su entrambe le pedane, i tappi 2 che consentono l'accesso ai cilindri;
- svitare i rubinetti 3 e 4 presenti in centralina;
- svitare le viti 5 e 6 di spurgo aria presenti sui cilindri 7 e 8;
- azionare la salita del ponte tramite brevi impulsi, fino ad ottenere la completa uscita dell'aria dai cilindri 7 e 8. Questa condizione
si verificherà quando ci sarà un piccolo trafilamento di olio dai fori presenti sui cilindri;
- avvitare le viti 5 e 6;
- chiudere i rubinetti 3 e 4.
4.9 Bleeding the air
During pipe connection some air may enter the pipes. To restore correct operation, proceed as follows:
- fully lower lift, bringing footboards to rest on the ground;
- undo screws 1 (See Fig.15), on both footboards and remove caps 2 allowing access to the cylinders;
- undo cocks 3 and 4 on control unit;
- undo air breather screws 5 and 6 on cylinders 7 and 8;
- operate lift up stroke control briefly several times, until no air is left inside cylinders 7 and 8. This condition will be achieved when
small quantities of fluid will leak from the holes on each cylinder;
- tighten screws 5 and 6;
- tighten cocks 3 and 4.
