Ifapersonorobjectfallsoverboard,youcanusetheManOverboard(MOB)featuretomarkthe
positionthatyourvesselwasatwhentheMOBalarmwasactivated.
TheMOBfeaturecanbeactivatedbypressingandholdingontheMOBicon:
onthe
Homescreenorthewaypoint/MOBicon:
foundatthetopofallapps.
TheMOBfeaturerequiresyourvesseltohaveavalidpositionfixfromaGNSSreceiver .Dead
reckoningmodealsorequiresHeadingandSpeeddata.
WhenyouactivatetheMOBalarm:
anaudiblealarmissoundedwhichisrepeatedevery30secondsuntilthealarmiscancelled.
aMOBDatabarprovidingBearingandrangefromMOB,andelapsedtimesinceMOBwasinitiated,
isplacedalongthetopofthescreen.TheDatabarpersistsacrossappsandtheHomescreen,
andremainsuntiltheMOBalarmiscancelled.
aMOBwarningisdisplayedinthebottomofthescreenwhichrequiresacknowledgement.
theChartappisplacedinaspecialMOBmodetohelpyounavigatebacktothepointyourvessel
wasatwhentheMOBwasinitiated.

MOBcanbesettoDeadReckoningorPositionmode.DeadReckoningmodewilltakeinto
