REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE
Hub Motor Replacement
Required Tools: Phillips screwdriver.
1 Power switch in OFF position.
Turn power switch “OFF” before beginning repair or maintenance:
• Read the instructions
• Remove charger plug
• Turn the power switch off
• Secure the unit under repair
• Exercise caution around
exposed parts
• Contact Razor customer
service if unsure about any
repair or maintenance
2 Remove flag and rotate onto handlebars.
3 Remove six (6) Phillips head screws using the
Phillips screwdriver.
4 Remove front battery cover.
5 Disconnect motor cables.
