Adjust Clutch
1. Place unit in service position. See Service
Position on page 17.
2. Loosen adjustment nut until a 0.5 mm
(0.020") feeler gauge fits between armature
and rotor.
3. Tighten adjustment nut until armature and
rotor make slight contact with feeler gauge.
4. Repeat at remaining inspection slots.
NOTICE: Air gaps MUST be even at all inspection
slots.
