Usage Features:

Setup and Placement:

The projector can be placed in four configurations: Front Table (most common for quick setup and portability), Rear Table (requires a special rear projection screen), Front Ceiling, and Rear Ceiling. To reduce image distortion, the projector should be moved as close to the center of the screen as possible, with the light beam perpendicular to the screen for a rectangular or square image.

Focus and Keystone Adjustment:

Focus is adjusted by turning a knob near the lens, observing pixels at the screen's center for clarity. Keystone correction, for distorted images when the projector is not perfectly perpendicular to the screen, is also adjusted via a dedicated knob.

Controls:

The projector can be controlled via a remote control or buttons on the unit itself.

  • Remote Control Functions: Power On/Off, Skip Next/Previous File, Play/Pause, Source Selector, Volume Up/Down, Menu, OK, Exit, Mute, Search Forward/Rewind, Flip (rotate screen), Projector On/Off, Navigator, Zoom (screen size), Pair (Bluetooth), BT Pair.
  • Projector Unit Controls: Lens, Buttons (navigation), PAIR Button, FOCUS ADJ. Knob, TRAPEZOIDAL ADJ. Power and Battery Operation:

The unit is powered by an included AC adapter. To charge the built-in battery, connect the adapter to the DC IN jack and a wall outlet. A red charging indicator light turns green when fully charged. For battery operation, unplug the adapter. The charging indicator logo will appear on the screen when the battery is low. It is recommended to fully discharge and recharge the battery to prolong its life. For long periods of disuse, turn off the power switch and unplug the adapter.

Input Source Connection:

  • HDMI: Connect a set-top box, BD/DVD player, or streaming player. Ensure the device's digital audio settings are set to "PCM Stereo" mode if there's no sound from the projector's internal speakers.
  • AV IN: Connect AV devices using an AV cable.
  • VGA: Connect a computer (notebook or desktop) using a VGA cable and an audio cable for sound. Refer to the manual's table for adjusting output signals from the computer.
  • USB: Install a USB device (up to 32GB) into the USB port for media playback (photos, music, movies, text).

Media Playback (USB):

After installing a USB device, navigate the Media Player menu to select PHOTO, MUSIC, MOVIE, or TEXT. Use the navigation buttons to select files and start playback. Functions like fast forward/rewind, next/previous file, pause/resume, and image scaling (zoom) are available.

Bluetooth Playback:

Pairing an external Bluetooth device (e.g., smartphone) allows for wireless audio streaming. The effective distance is 10 meters (30 feet). The projector will display "Connected" upon successful pairing. To pair a new device, press and hold the PAIR button. Music playback can be controlled via the remote or unit buttons (play/pause, previous/next track, volume). In ECO mode, the projector function turns off, but can be resumed by pressing the PROJECTOR button.

  • Lens Care: Do not look directly into the projector light and avoid touching the project lens. Keep the lens cover on when the unit is not in use.
  • Ventilation: Do not block any ventilation openings.
  • Battery Care: Do not expose batteries to excessive heat, dispose of them in fire, or open them. Do not mix old and new batteries, or different types. Do not recharge non-rechargeable batteries.

Safety Instructions:

The manual emphasizes important safety instructions, including reading all warnings, avoiding water, proper ventilation, protection of the power cord, using manufacturer-specified attachments, unplugging during lightning storms or long periods of disuse, and caution when moving the unit on a cart.
