What to do if my RED DALIA does not start?
    • S
      selena61Aug 16, 2025
If your RED Pellet stove isn't starting, first ensure the plug is properly inserted and the main switch is in the 'I' position. Then, check the recipe parameters for the pellet sensor. Also, inspect the fuse and replace it if it's blown. Insufficient water pressure in the stove could be the reason if the pressure switch is broken. If a water temperature sensor triggered or the smoke outlet/duct is clogged, it may also prevent starting. In the case of the water temperature sensor, call for assistance; otherwise, clean the smoke exhaust and/or the smoke duct.

Why does my RED Pellet stove work for a few minutes and then switch off?
    • M
      Mary BlackAug 19, 2025
If your RED Pellet stove keeps switching off after a few minutes, try repeating the start-up phase. This issue might also occur due to a temporary power cut, in which case you should wait for the automatic restart. A clogged smoke duct, faulty temperature probes, or a faulty spark plug could also be the cause. Clean the smoke duct and check/replace the probes or spark plug as necessary.

What to do if my RED DALIA fire goes out or the boiler stops automatically?
    • G
      Gary GarciaAug 21, 2025
If the fire goes out or the RED Pellet stove stops automatically, the pellet hopper might be empty; refill it. If the pellet temperature safety probe has been triggered, let the product cool down, restore the thermostat, and switch the product back on. If the problem persists, contact Technical Assistance. Ensure the door is properly closed and the gaskets are in good condition; replace them if worn. Using unsuitable pellets, low pellet supply, a dirty combustion chamber, a clogged outlet, a faulty smoke extraction motor, or a broken pressure switch can also cause this. Therefore, change the pellets, check the fuel flow, clean the combustion chamber and smoke duct, and check/replace the motor or pressure switch if needed.

Why do pellets accumulate in the brazier, the glass of the door gets dirty and the flame is weak in my RED DALIA Pellet stove?
    • N
      Natalie HernandezAug 26, 2025
If pellets accumulate in the brazier, the glass of the door gets dirty and the flame is weak in your RED Pellet stove, it could be due to insufficient combustion air. Clean the brazier, ensuring all holes are clear, and perform a general cleaning of the combustion chamber and the smoke duct. Make sure that the entry of air is not obstructed. Alternatively, damp or unsuitable pellets might be the cause, so change the type of pellets. A faulty smoke evacuation motor could also be responsible; check the motor and replace it if necessary.

How to fix pellets not feeding into the combustion chamber in my RED DALIA?
    • A
      Anthony DominguezAug 28, 2025
If the pellets are not being fed into the combustion chamber of your RED Pellet stove, the pellet hopper might be empty; fill it with pellets. Sawdust may have blocked the feed screw; empty the hopper and remove the sawdust by hand. A faulty gear motor or electronic board could also be the cause; replace these components as necessary.

What to do if the smoke evacuation motor does not work in my RED Pellet stove?
    • T
      Tabitha ValdezAug 31, 2025
If the smoke evacuation motor of your RED Pellet stove isn't working, first check the mains voltage and the protection fuse to ensure there's electrical supply to the stove. If the power supply is fine, the motor itself might be faulty; check the motor and capacitor, and replace them if necessary. A defective motherboard or a broken control panel could also be the cause, requiring replacement of the electronic board or the control panel.

Why does my RED Pellet stove always run at full power in automatic position?
    • T
      Thomas StoneSep 2, 2025
If your RED Pellet stove always runs at full power in the automatic position, the thermostat might be set to minimum or the room thermostat might be in the maximum position; reset the temperature of the thermostat. A malfunctioning temperature probe or control panel could also be the cause; check and replace these components if necessary.

Why is there no increase in temperature with my RED DALIA in operation?
    • N
      Nicole LoganSep 9, 2025
If there is no increase in temperature with your RED stove in operation, it might be due to incorrect combustion adjustment; check the recipe. A low flame setting (level too low) or poor pellet quality could also be responsible. Increase power from the settings menu and use pellets from the producer.

Why is the air fan noisy even though it is set to minimum in my RED DALIA Pellet stove?
    • R
      rgonzalesSep 12, 2025
If the air fan in your RED Pellet stove is noisy even when set to minimum, a high set flame might be causing the ventilation to increase. Lower the set flame from the Adjustments menu.
