  If your RED Pellet stove isn't starting, first ensure the plug is properly inserted and the main switch is in the 'I' position. Then, check the recipe parameters for the pellet sensor. Also, inspect the fuse and replace it if it's blown. Insufficient water pressure in the stove could be the reason if the pressure switch is broken. If a water temperature sensor triggered or the smoke outlet/duct is clogged, it may also prevent starting. In the case of the water temperature sensor, call for assistance; otherwise, clean the smoke exhaust and/or the smoke duct.

  If your RED Pellet stove keeps switching off after a few minutes, try repeating the start-up phase. This issue might also occur due to a temporary power cut, in which case you should wait for the automatic restart. A clogged smoke duct, faulty temperature probes, or a faulty spark plug could also be the cause. Clean the smoke duct and check/replace the probes or spark plug as necessary.

  If the fire goes out or the RED Pellet stove stops automatically, the pellet hopper might be empty; refill it. If the pellet temperature safety probe has been triggered, let the product cool down, restore the thermostat, and switch the product back on. If the problem persists, contact Technical Assistance. Ensure the door is properly closed and the gaskets are in good condition; replace them if worn. Using unsuitable pellets, low pellet supply, a dirty combustion chamber, a clogged outlet, a faulty smoke extraction motor, or a broken pressure switch can also cause this. Therefore, change the pellets, check the fuel flow, clean the combustion chamber and smoke duct, and check/replace the motor or pressure switch if needed.

Clean the brazier, ensuring all holes are clear, and perform a general cleaning of the combustion chamber and the smoke duct. Make sure that the entry of air is not obstructed. Alternatively, damp or unsuitable pellets might be the cause, so change the type of pellets. A faulty smoke evacuation motor could also be responsible; check the motor and replace it if necessary.
