How to troubleshoot a Reebok CROSSWALK V7.90 Treadmill that won't turn on?
    • D
      Daniel BrownAug 7, 2025
If the power of your Reebok Treadmill does not turn on, ensure the power cord is plugged into a surge suppressor, and the surge suppressor is plugged into a properly grounded outlet. Also, make sure the key is inserted into the console. Check the reset/off circuit breaker located on the treadmill frame near the power cord. If the switch protrudes, the circuit breaker has tripped. To reset it, wait five minutes, then press the switch back in.

Why does the walking belt slow down when I walk on my Reebok Treadmill?
    • G
      Gregory DuffyAug 11, 2025
If your Reebok Treadmill's walking belt slows down when you walk on it, ensure you're using a single-outlet surge suppressor meeting the specifications on page 14. If the walking belt is overtightened, remove the key and unplug the treadmill. Use the hex key to turn both idler roller bolts counterclockwise 1/4 of a turn. When the walking belt is properly tightened, you should be able to lift each edge of the walking belt 2 to 3 inches off the walking platform. Then, plug in the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat this process until the walking belt is properly tightened. If the walking belt still slows when walked on, see the front cover of this manual.
