WARRANTY
REER S.p.A. guarantees each brand new MINERVA system, in normal utilisation
conditions, to be free from material and manufacturing defects for 12 (twelve) months.
During said period of time, REER S.p.A. undertakes to eliminate any product faults as
may be observed through repair or replacement of the defective parts, at no cost where
both the material and labour are concerned.
REER S.p.A. reserves the right to replace the entire defective system, instead or
repairing it, with another of similar or identical characteristics.
The validity of this warranty is subject to the following conditions:
• Notice of the fault has been transmitted by the user to REER S.p.A. within twelve
months of the date of delivery of the product.
• The equipment and its components are in the same condition in which they were
delivered by REER.
• The part numbers of all the equipment components are clearly legible.
• The fault or malfunction has not been caused directly or indirectly by:

Use of the system for inappropriate purposes;
–
Failure to comply with utilisation instructions;
–
Negligence, improper use or incorrect maintenance;
–
Repairs, changes, adaptations performed by non REER technicians , tampering,
etc.;
–
Accidents or impact (even if due to transport or force majeure);
–
Other causes which may not be ascribed to REER S.p.A.
Repairs shall be performed at the laboratories of REER S.p.A., where the material must
be delivered or shipped. Transport costs and the risk of further damage or possible loss
of the material are at the user’s expenses.
All products and parts that have been replaced are the property of REER S.p.A.
REER S.p.A. does not recognise any other warranties or rights other than those
expressly described; in no case it is possible to seek damage for expenses, downtime or
other factors or circumstances in any way associated with the malfunctioning of the
product or one or more of its constituent parts.
The data and instructions contained in this manual may change as MINERVA products
are developed.
Since a good knowledge of this manual is essential for correct use and installation,
always refer to the version contained in the product’s packaging case.
