Note: Please contact ProMariner customer service at 800-
824-0524 before initiating any charger service work. It is
recommended that an ABYC certifi ed electrical technician
perform any repairs or service. Do not attempt to open
the battery charger casing. Read and understand the above
warning.
The battery charger display includes functional LED’s,
volts, amps, battery types selected along with a charger
condition listing (faults).
System voltage along with output amps are displayed as
digital readouts and will fl uctuate as the yachts batteries
change status depending on component usage.
As part of the battery charger functions a LED indicator
is shown for each of the operating features. Use the table
below as a guide to the LED lighting colors. Normally a
red or amber color indicates a “fault” condition. Refer to
the charger manual as needed.
Note: The VSR relays and remote battery switches men-
tioned in this chapter operate similar to the ones used
with the earlier battery chargers. Review the information
as needed.
