Water as circulating fluid: if the level has dropped below the upper limit, the lamp “Low Level” will
flash during refilling.
When the level has dropped below the lower limit, the alarm will appear immediately. Pump and heat-
ing are switched off.
Thermal oil as circulating fluid: if the level has dropped below the upper limit, the lamp “Low Level”
will flash and a relay be activated, which can then be used, for example, to trigger an optic or acoustic
signal. The unit will continue to run normally.
When the level has dropped below the lower limit, the alarm will appear immediately. Pump and heat-
ing are switched off.
24
The flow monitor (if present) has been tripped. Heating is switched off.
For pumps with magnetic drive: the unit has to be switched off and on again at the main switch.
Causes of malfunction: insufficient or no flow (e.g. flow faltering at the pump or the viscosity of the
heat transfer fluid is too high at start-up).
25
The programmed lower limit value of the rate of flow in the flow meter (if present) is too low.
The heating is switched off.
26
The programmed upper limit value of the sensor Sn1 (fluid temperature) has been exceeded (see
Section 11.1, Fig. 2).
Unit and control will continue to run normally.
27
The temperature registered by sensor Sn1 (fluid temperature) has fallen below the laver limit pro-
grammed (see Section 11.1, Fig. 2).
