WIPER BLADES
Replacing windscreen wiper
blades 1
- Lift the wiper arm 3.
- Turn the wiper blade until it is
horizontal.
- Press tab 2 and slide the wiper
blade downwards until hook 4 on
the wiper arm is released.
- Slide the blade (A) then raise it (B)
to release it.
Fitting a front or rear wiper
blade
To refit the wiper blade, proceed in
reverse order to removal. Make sure
that the blade is correctly locked in
position.
Replacing the rear screen wiper
blade (hinged door)
- Lift the wiper arm 6.
- Press tab 5 and slide the wiper
blade towards you until hook 7 is
released.
Replacing the rear screen wiper
blade (tailgate)
- Lift the wiper arm 8.
- Pivot the blade 9 until some
resistance is met.
- Pull the blade to release it
(movement C).
- Before using the rear wiper, check that no transported object can obstruct
the travel of the blade.
- In frosty weather, make sure that the wiper blades are not stuck by ice (to
avoid the risk of the motor overheating).
- Check the condition of the wiper blades. Replace the wiper blades as soon
as they begin to lose efficiency (approximately once a year).
