11. Troubleshooting
Your TV soundbar is a state-of-the-art, fail-safe product. However, if any problem occurs, refer to the
following explanations for troubleshooting.
No power connection
Make sure the power cable is properly connected with the TV soundbar.
Check if the wall socket is live.
Switch the TV soundbar from standby mode (red LED of standby indicator) to operating mode.
Remote control does not work
Check if the desired audio source has been activated.
Remote control range has been exceeded or there are objects between the remote control and TV
soundbar impacting the signal transmission.
Remote control not pointed at the TV soundbar.
Battery inserted with wrong polarity (+/-).
Battery empty. Replace the battery
Bluetooth name of the TV soundbar not shown on the mobile device
Check if Bluetooth has been activated on your mobile device.
Devices are not paired. Pair your mobile device with the TV soundbar.
12. Maintenance and cleaning
There are no components located inside the product you need to maintain. Never open/dismantle the
product.
Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions as they can
cause damage to the housing and malfunctioning.
Turn o the TV soundbar before each cleaning.
Occasionally wipe the TV soundbar with a dry cloth to remove dust.
Replace the battery of the remote control, if the signals of the TV soundbar are not properly or only
erratically received.
