NOTE:
• To avoid whistling, ensure that the receiver wire and dome fit correctly into your ear. If you continue to
experience whistling, check the troubleshooting guide for other possible reasons and solutions.
CAUTION: Never attempt to bend or modify the shape of the receiver wire.
Sport lock
If you are very active, your hearing aids may move from the correct position. To avoid this situation, your hearing
care professional can attach and adjust a sports lock to the receiver.
To insert a hearing aid with a sports lock:
1. Insert the hearing aid as usual
2. Tuck the sports lock into the bottom of the concha
(the part of your ear just outside the ear canal).
NOTE: Sports locks may become stiff, brittle, or discolored over time. Contact your hearing care
professional for a replacement. Your hearing care professional will help you replace it.
