ReSound Assist and ReSound Assist Live (optional)
ReSound Assist
If you have signed up to use ReSound Assist available with your hearing aids, you can allow your hearing aids to
be adjusted remotely without having to visit your hearing care professional.
All you need is a compatible mobile device with internet enabled. This allows you to:
• Request assistance remotely to adjust your hearing aids to be a better fit for you.
• Keep your hearing aids up to date with the latest software to ensure the best performance possible.
This service only works if your mobile device is connected to the internet. Your hearing care professional will
provide information regarding this option, and how it works with the ReSound Smart 3D™ app.
For optimum performance, make sure the hearing aids are connected to the ReSound Smart 3D™ app and
placed close to the iPhone, iPad, iPod touch or the Android smartphone before applying the changes.
NOTE: Your hearing aids shut down during the installation and update process.
ReSound Assist Live
This service also includes ReSound Assist Live. With this service you can get face-to-face assistance from your
hearing care professional from home.
