Why is my ReSound Hearing Aid whistling?

  Feedback or whistling in your ReSound Hearing Aid can occur for several reasons: * Your earmold or dome might not be correctly inserted. Try putting it back in. * The volume might be too loud. Reduce the volume. * You might be holding an object too close to the hearing aid. Move your hand away to create more space. * Your ear may be full of wax. In this case, visit your doctor. * Ensure the hearing aid is turned on and charged, including the charger itself. Consult your charger's user manual for instructions. * If the receiver wire is broken or the earmold is clogged, visit your hearing care professional.
