• Finisher connection to lower transport
motor loose, defective
• Lower transport motor blocked by an
obstruction
• Lower transport motor defective
• Finisher main board defective
Upper Transport Motor Error (Proof Tray): 3K Finisher B830
SC731 B
No encoder pulse signal is
detected for the upper transport
motor within 600 ms. The 1st
