Be sure to include the fully open flap in the horizontal dimension.
Before using this function, select [Envelope] for the paper type under [Tray Paper Settings] in User Tools.
For details, see "Tray Paper Settings", Connecting the Machine/ System Settings.
1. Load the envelopes face up into Tray 1 or face down in the bypass tray.
The bypass tray ( ) is automatically selected, so you do not need to make a selection to copy
from the bypass tray.
To copy from Tray 1, select Tray 1.
2. Press the [ ] key.
3. Press [Paper Size].
4. Specify the envelope size, and then press [OK] twice.
5. Place the originals, and then press the [Start] key.
