Paper Pressed Down Insufficiently
Cause:
The screws on the handle of the paper cart and the bolts at its bottom are loose.
Solution:
Tighten the screws on the handle and the bolts at the bottom of the paper cart.
Paper of Paper Weight 1 does not align correctly
Cause:
This may occur if:
• Thin paper of Paper Weight 1 is used
• Printing is done at low temperature or humidity
Solution:
1. Set the reverse side of the paper.
2. Is the problem resolved?
Yes Finished!
No Go to the next step.
3. Is the decurler unit attached?
Yes Go to the next step.
No Contact your service representative.
4. In the [Main Unit: Paper Feed/ Output] group of the [Adjustment Settings for Operators]
menu, set 0310: [Correct Output Paper Curl] to [U Curl Correction Level: Small].
5. Is the problem resolved?
Yes Finished!
No Go to the next step.
