When the belt goes between the bias roller and paper transfer
roller, a strong negative charge applied from the bias roller
pushes the toner image onto the paper.
The separation power pack applies a positive charge to a plate
that neutralizes the charge on the paper, so that the paper falls
away from the ITB.
