Why is my Ricoh Printer not automatically recognized?

If your Ricoh Printer isn't being automatically recognized, it might be due to a poorly connected USB cable or conflicting USB settings in Windows. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the USB cable, ensuring the printer is fully booted up before reconnecting. If that doesn't work, open Windows' Device Manager, and under 'Universal Serial Bus controllers', remove any devices showing a [!] or [?] icon, as these indicate conflicts.
