Maintenance TU rack drives
Inspection and maintenance work is only permitted to approved personnel.
Installation TU
After installation, lubricate slide bearings of TU rack-drive and slide-bearing plates. Lubrication of
sheet-steel racks is not permitted. Refer to "Lubricate TU".
Maintenance TU
Every 6 months inspection of system and rack drives on technical state (wear and tear, fasteners and
such) and proper functioning. With this the slide bearings of TU rack-drive and slide-bearing plates
have to be lubricated. Lubrication of sheet-steel racks is not permitted. Refer to "Lubricate TU".
Lubricate TU
● Lubricate slide bearings all around (fully: between surfaces tube/bearing) of TU rack-drive and slide-
bearing plates with brush.
● Lubrication of sheet-steel racks is
not permitted.
