Maintenance RLD motor gearboxes
Inspection and maintenance work is only permitted to approved personnel.
Maintenance RLD80/200 [0-10 V/Modbus]
Maintenance on the RLD motor gearbox is usually not necessary ("maintenance-free"). It is
recommended to do the checks that follow every 6 months:
Of the correct operation of the drive unit and the system
For a satisfactory view of possible malfunctions and easy access to all LEDs
For error-message indications of the blink codes
For oil leakage. Tell your installer if there is a leakage
Of the mechanical condition (wear and tear, output-shaft connections to the operated system,
fasteners, correctly attached and such)
Of the set end positions (are they still correct for the system?)
Of the set emergency position (if applicable)
The operation of the emergency power supply (if applicable).
Maintenance RW motor-gearboxes
Inspection and maintenance work is only permitted to approved personnel.
Maintenance on the RW motor-gearbox is usually not necessary ("maintenance-free").
Maintenance RW45
It is recommended to do the checks that follow every 6 months:
Of the correct operation of the drive unit and the system
For grease leakage. Tell your installer if there is a leakage
Of the mechanical condition (wear and tear, output-shaft connections to the operated system,
fasteners, correctly attached and such)
Of the adjusted end positions (are they still correct for the system?).
Maintenance RW240/400/600 - RW800 - RW1000/1200/1400/1600/2000 - RW70/100/140/200
Installation:
After installation interchange the plug in the highest position with the vent plug!
It is recommended to do the checks that follow every 6 months:
Of the correct operation of the drive unit and the system

Of the mechanical condition (wear and tear, output-shaft connections to the operated system,
fasteners, correctly attached and such)
Of the adjusted end positions (are they still correct for the system?).
